Common questions

What brokers ask us first.

Is it really white-label?

Yes. Your brokerage's logo, colors, domains, and email sender. Agents never see Lifft or any outside software anywhere - including on training portals and lead-gen funnels.

What if my agents already use a CRM?

Migration is part of onboarding. We import contacts, rebuild pipelines, and run a 30-day parallel period so nothing falls through. Agents keep their data.

Who owns the leads?

You do, in Pathways 1 and 2. In Pathway 3, agents own the leads they pay for - but the brokerage retains visibility. Either way, leads stay if an agent leaves.

Can we mix pathways?

Yes. A common setup is Pathway 1 for top producers (free as a retention play) and Pathway 3 for the rest (opt-in self-pay). We model it on the discovery call.

What's the contract?

Month-to-month after a 90-day pilot. Setup fees are non-refundable, but ongoing services are cancelable any time after the pilot ends.

How fast can we go live?

Day 1: discovery. Week 1: white-label build. Week 2: agent onboarding. Week 3: ad campaigns live. First leads typically hit CRMs by day 21.
